Turkey Taco Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients:
Preparation:
1/2 cup seasoned ground turkey or beef
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 lime wedge
Fresh cilantro
Brown the ground turkey or beef in a skillet, add 1 tsp taco seasoning and 3 tabelspoons water. Stir to simmer. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, layer cottage cheese, cooked ground turkey, black beans, corn, and salsa.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with avocado slices and cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice over the top and serve immediately.
