  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or teriyaki sauce

  • In a bowl, layer cottage cheese, tuna, avocado, cucumber, carrots, and nori strips.

  • Drizzle with soy sauce and sriracha or teriyaki sauce.

  • Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
