Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:
Preparation:
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt, pepper to taste
2 cups cooked quinoa
4 Tbsp tzatziki sauce
2 cups cucumber slices
Mix ground turkey with spices and parsley. Form into meatballs.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve with quinoa, cucumber slices and tzatziki sauce.
