Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa

  • 4 Tbsp tzatziki sauce

  • 2 cups cucumber slices

  • Mix ground turkey with spices and parsley. Form into meatballs.

  • Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

  • Serve with quinoa, cucumber slices and tzatziki sauce.
