Preparation:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup lump crab meat or imitation crab meat
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, crab meat, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh dill.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
